There are many different kinds of the magnets for our copper wire granulator machines.The belt-type magnet, the drum-type magnet and the double-layer magnetic separator.

The belt-type magnet and the drum-type magnet are usually equipped on the 1.5KW conveyor, they are used to removing the iron in the waste wires and cables before it goes into the main crusher of the copper wire recycling machines. They works before main crusher of our copper wire granulator machine.

The double-layer magnetic separator is usually placed under the copper outlet of the air separator and above the copper vibration table. It’s used to get rid of the iron in the copper granules. It works after our the main crusher of our copper cable granulator machine.
