Water-type copper wire recycling machine is also called water table. The difference between it and the dry-type copper wire granulators is that the water-type copper wire granulator needs water to separate the copper and plastics during the whole process.

One set of the water-type copper wire granulator machine usually contains the following parts: one water-type main crusher, several motor heads, several water tables with steel frames, several double-layer magnetic separators.

The main crusher shreds and crushes the waste wires and cables first with circulating water, the circulating water is used to cool down the main crusher. Then these shredded and crushed wires and cables will be carried to the water table by conveyors. The water table is equipped with several taps on the two long sides, the circulating water keeps running onto the water table, and the water table shakes to make the copper granules and plastic granules move in the opposite directions. When through several water tables, you could get a low loss of the copper. The separation rate could be up to 99%.

The advantages of the water-type copper wire recycling machines:

The disadvantages of the water-type copper wire granulators:

1) big loss of the copper granules, compared with our dry-type copper wire granulators;

2) higher requirements for the installation;

3) a certain pollution to the environment.
