Our cable shredders specially works for different kinds of waste wires and cables. Their structures are very different from the plastics shredders, they cut the wires and cables into short pieces, and get rid of the iron from them, which could increase the capacity of copper wire recycling machines, and protect the blades of the main crusher of the copper wire granulators.

QD-1000 cable shredder and QD-1200 cable crusher are our large shredders.

QD-1000 cable shredder contains one main crusher host, and one discharging conveyor. There are drum-type magnet and belt-type magnet equipped on the conveyor. They are used to remove the iron from the waste materials.

The advantages of our QD-1000 cable shredders:

1) the shredded wires and cables are short, about 3-10cm;

2) the working process is very stable, will not got stuck by materials;

3) it could get rid of the iron in the waste materials.

The QD-1000 cable shredder is very strong, it could cut the single steel conductor less than 5mm, which the QD-400 cable shredder and QD-600 cable shredder can’t. Its big capacity could support 4 sets of QD-600S copper wire recycling machines at the same time.

Some of our regular clients bought several of our QD-600S cable shredders. They wanted to increase the capacity of our copper wire recycling machines, then it’s a very good choice for them to get one our QD-1000 large cable shredder. The set of the ordinary blades in the QD-1000 cable shredder could be used for one more years. If you use the H13-material blades instead of the ordinary blade, the service life of the blades could extend to about 2 years.
